Schedule

• Show Dates: GHOSTS will run from October 17 – November 1, 2025, with select dark nights on slower days.

• Build: Begins September 14

• Breakdown: November 1 – November 14

• Hiring Order: Builders & Designers first, followed by Scare Actors

• Hours: Builders & Designers have flexible scheduling; Scare Actors must be available nights and weekends

• Interviews/Auditions: We will be scheduling interviews with Builders & Designers between August 27th and September 5th. Scare Actors will interview and audition by early-mid September.

Other Notes

• We are a small production company offering both paid and volunteer positions

• We’re looking for people who love Halloween and want to help create something unique and unforgettable

• Paid positions: Must be 18+

• Volunteers: Must be 16+

• Applicants must meet certain physical requirements (such as standing for extended periods). Scare Actors may also encounter confined spaces, strobe lights, fog, and complete darkness. Please use caution and let us know about any health concerns immediately.
